Importing Files

You can import files by clicking the Import button when it is available. The type of file available for import varies, depending on the information you want to import. In the following example, we are importing a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to add multiple assets at once. Contact your System Administrator for the appropriate spreadsheet template for importing multiple assets.

To import a file:  

1. Click Import to display the File Upload window.

2. Navigate to the file you want to import.  

3. Click Open to import the selected file.
