Emailing a Receipt
You can also email a receipt. To email a receipt, you must send the receipt as an attachment from the email address that was entered into Expense when your user role was set up.
You must send the receipt message to the designated address set up by your organization to accept expense receipts. The system matches the email address you are emailing from to the email address in Expense and routes your emailed receipts to your My Receipts pane. There is a 1MB size limit for receipt attachments.
The Expense application will accept emailed receipt attachments in the following formats:
BMP
GIF
JPG
PNG
TIF
TIFF
Contact your administrator for the appropriate email address for you to use when sending receipts by email.
