Failed Log In

For security, Expense only allows a certain number of failed log in attempts before the application locks the log in screen. The off-the-shelf software allows three attempts. Your System Administrator can change the number from the default three to whatever number suits your organization’s security protocol.

Below is an example of the type of message you get when a login fails. The reason for the login exception appears in red text.

If this happens, contact your System Administrator to reset your access.
