Applications Customization Screen
Use the Applications Customization screen to add external applications to your Apptricity applications. To access this screen:
1. Click the Administration icon in the upper navigation pane.
The system Administration menu is displayed in the left navigation pane.
2. Click the Customization icon in the System Administration menu.
The Customization menu is displayed.
3. Click the Applications icon in the Customization menu.
The Applications Customization Screen is shown below.
Note: Fields with bold text on the screen are required. All other fields are optional.
The following table defines the components on the Applications Customization screen.

Search Pane |

Application Name field |
The name of the application to add. |

Application Code field |
The code of the application to add. |

Search button |
Allows you to search for applications matching the criteria entered in the Search pane. |

Reset button |
Allows you to clear all data entered in the fields in the Search pane. |
|
Add Application button |
Allows you to add an application for a user. |
Application Search Results Pane
This pane displays the results that match the criteria you entered in the Search pane fields.

Application Name column |
Displays the name of the application. |

Keyword Name column |
Displays the keyword(s) associated with the application. |

Icon column |
Displays the icon that represents the application. |
Add Application Pane
On this pane, you can add, edit, and delete menus. You can also change the page, keyword, application, parent menu, or icon for the menu.

Code field |
Displays the code assigned to the application. This code controls the order in which the application displays in the upper pane. |

Sort Order field |
The order in which the application is displayed in the upper pane. The application icon furthest to the left has the lowest sort order number. The application furthest to the right has the highest sort order number. |

Keyword Name field |
Displays the text for the field label. |
|
Change Keyword button |
Allows you to edit or add a keyword. |
|
Permissions field |
Displays which roles have access to this application. |
|
Change Permissions button |
Allows you to assign permissions to this application |
|
Icon field |
Displays the icon that represents the application. |
|
Change Icon button |
Allows you to change the icon for the application. |
|
Default Page field |
Displays the page identifier called by this application. |
|
Change Page button |
Allows you to change the default page identifier. |
|
Save button |
Allows you to save all changes made to the application. |
|
Delete button |
Allows you to delete a menu. |
