Items by Facility Report
This screen allows you to create a report displaying all of the items in one of your facilities. To access this screen:
1. Click the Reports icon in the left navigation pane.
The Reports menu is displayed.
2. Click the Items by Facility in the Reports menu.
The Items by Facility screen is displayed.
TIP: Field names in bold text indicate required fields.
The following table defines the components on the Items by Facility screen.

Select a report format list |
Allows you to select the output type for the report. • xml • doc • html • xls • rtf |
Category list |
Allows you to search for items by their category. |
Class list |
Allows you to search by the inventory class. |
Facility list |
Allows you to select the facility for which you want to create the report. |
Search button |
Displays the report with the criteria you entered above. If you did not enter any criteria, all data in the application is displayed on the report. |
Clear button |
Clears the data you entered in the fields. |
