License Plate Combine Screen

You use this screen to combine license plates. To access this screen:

1.      Click the Inventory Control icon in the left navigation pane.

The Inventory Control menu is displayed.

2.      Click the License Plate Combine icon in the Inventory Control menu.

The License Plate Combine screen is displayed.

Description

Search Pane

License Plate field

Allows you to search by the first license plate number.

Location list

Allows you to search by the first license plate location.

Cube field

Allows you to search by the first license plate cube.

Weight field

Allows you to search by the first license plate weight.

Facility list

Allows you to select the facility to search.

License Plate field

Allows you to search by the second license plate number.

Location field

Allows you to search by the second license plate location.

Cube field

Allows you to search by the second license plate cube.

Weight field

Allows you to search by the second license plate weight.

License Plate Combine Search Results Pane

This pane displays the results that match the criteria you entered in the Search pane fields.

Search Results Pane

Facility column

Displays the name of the facility where the first license plate is located.

License Plate column

Displays the first license plate number.

Location column

Displays the first license plate location in the facility.

Cube column

Displays the volume of the first license plate.

Weight column

Displays the weight of the first license plate.

Facility column

Displays the name of the facility where the second license plate is located.

License Plate column

Displays the second license plate number.

Location column

Displays the second license plate location in the facility.

Cube column

Displays the volume of the second license plate.

Weight column

Displays the weight of the second license plate.

This pane allows you to combine the license plates you selected.

Combine Pane - License Plate 1

Entire LPI box

Allows you to combine all of one license plate with another.

Item column

Displays the name of the item on the license plate.

Quantity column

Displays the quantity available on the first license plate.

Available Quantity column

Displays the quantity available to combine.

UOM column

Displays the unit of measure for the item.

Quantity to Move column

Displays the number of items available to combine.

Combine Pane - License Plate 2

Entire LPI box

Allows you to combine all of one license plate with another.

Item column

Displays the name of the item on the license plate.

Quantity column

Displays the quantity available on the first license plate.

Available Quantity column

Displays the quantity available to combine.

UOM column

Displays the unit of measure for the item.

Quantity to Move column

Displays the number of items available to combine.

Move (right) button

Allows you to combine the license plate on the left with the one on the right.

Save button

Allows you to save the combined license plate.

Move (left) button

Allows you to combine the license plate on the right with the one on the left.

Reason Code list

Allows you to select a reason for the move.

Reason Text field

Allows you to enter a reason for the combine.
