Notify a User that an Invoice Has Been Processed

To notify a user that an invoice has been processed:
2. Select the invoice to send notification for.
3. Click Notify.
The Publish pane is displayed.
4. Select the type of notification from the Type list.
5. Select the urgency of the notification from the Priority list.
6. Enter the message in the Message field.
7. Select the person to notify from the Select People to Notify list.
8. Click Add User.
9. Continue adding people to notify until your list is complete.
Note: You can remove a user from the list by selecting Remove User from List from the action menu.
10. Click Send.
