Add a Note

If you need more information about this screen, please see Notes Window.

To add a note:

1.      Click the Notes icon or the File Folder with the plus (+) sign to display the Notes window.

Note: The File Folder with the plus sign is used to add notes to a line item on an invoice.

2.      Click Add a New Note.

3.      Enter your note, and then click Save.

4.      Click Close to exit the Notes window.

The newest note displays at the top of the list.
