Batch Jobs Screen
Use this screen to enter the code for the batch job. To access this screen:
1. Click the Batch icon in the upper navigation pane. The Batch menu is displayed.
2. Click the Batch Jobs icon in the Batch menu. The Batch Jobs screen is displayed.
The following table defines the components on the Batch Jobs screen.

Displays the Edit pane. |

Allows you to search by code in the batch job. |

Allows you to search by the job description. |

Batch File list |
Allows you to search by the batch file name. |

Allows you to search by the email template used. |

Search button |
Searches for the batch job based on the criteria you entered in the search fields. |
|
Clear button |
Removes the data you entered in the search fields and the matching results from the Results pane. |
Batch Job Search Results Pane
This pane displays the results that match the criteria you entered in the Search pane fields.

Batch Job Edit Pane
This pane allows you to add, edit, and delete batch jobs. You can also add and delete users who will receive the batch job results emails.

Saves the batch job and subscription list. |

Reset button |
Removes your changes and reverts to the original record. |

Delete button |
Deletes the batch job. |
|
New button |
Clears the Edit pane and allows you to add a new batch job. |
