Use the Forms screen to edit and delete forms. To access this screen:
1. Click the Administration icon in the upper navigation pane.
The Administration menu is displayed in the left navigation pane.
2. Click the Customization icon in the Administration menu.
The Customization menu is displayed.
3. Click the Forms icon in the Customization menu.
The Forms screen is displayed.
Note: Fields with bold text on the screen are required. All other fields are optional.

Search Pane |

Form ID field |
Displays the form identification number. You use this number to link layouts to forms. Each Apptricity application is assigned a number range. You must use a number within the application’s number range to create the form successfully. |
Form Name field |
Displays the name of the form. |
Form Class field |
Displays the URL for the form. |
Search button |
Allows you to search for forms matching the criteria entered in the Search pane. |
Reset button |
Allows you to clear all data entered in the fields in the Search pane. |
Form Search Results Pane
This pane displays the results that match the criteria you entered in the Search pane fields.

Add Forms Pane
On this pane, you can edit or delete a form.

Allows you to change the page associated with the form. |
Save button |
Allows you to save the form. |
Delete button |
Allows you to delete the form. |
