Apptricity Asset 7 offers tracking, inventory, maintenance, and valuation, for all of your organization’s assets.

Asset tracks inventory whether it is currently unused or assigned to a custodian, and enables you to view service contracts and service schedules for each asset. Depreciation models in the application track current and historical values from procurement to salvage.

With Asset, you can accurately account for all assets across each facility and the life cycle, from procurement to retirement, with real-time data available anywhere you have access to a browser.

Tracking Service Dates

You can attach warranties and service agreements to individual assets, so they are readily available when you need them. Real-time incident reporting and defect tracking help you keep a close eye on asset performance. Automated tracking and scheduling for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) keep assets in working order, extending the lives of your investments.

Setting Parent/Child Relationships

Asset enables you to have unlimited parent/child relationships between assets. Asset links dependent assets and displays relationship hierarchies in a simple tree format. You can easily drag and drop assets to assign, move, or dispose of an asset.

Using Automated Tracking

You can track and locate assets using your Apple, Android or Windows Mobile device to read Radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags or bar codes.

Using Apptricity check-in/check-out functionality, you can track your assets by division, department, employee, contractor, or other criteria you want to use. Automated data tracking is built into the application and supports bar code scanning, RFID tagging, graphical mapping, and global positioning system (GPS) integration. Using this information, you can easily pinpoint exact coordinates for anything you need to find, no matter where it’s located.

You can search for assets through inquiries based on asset description, category, stock-keeping unit (SKU), RFID tag number, bar code purchase date, location, or other variables, while reconciling against manifests to identify quantity or other variances.

Applying Depreciation Models

Asset has built-in support for multiple books and depreciation models to assist you with accurate record-keeping and simplifying your tax calculations. Data for current and historical values is tracked automatically and graphically displayed, providing a clear view of asset value across the life cycle, from purchase to depreciation to disposal.
