Batch Scheduler Screen

Use this screen to schedule your batch jobs. To access this screen:

1. Click the Batch icon in the upper navigation pane.

The Batch menu is displayed.

2. Click the Batch Scheduler icon in the Batch menu.

The Batch Scheduler screen is displayed.

The following table defines the components on the Batch Scheduler screen.

Component	Description
Batch Scheduler Pane
Add New Cron Job button	Displays the Update Batch Job window
Green Arrow icon	Allows you to manually start a batch job.
Job ID column	Displays the job identifier for the batch job.
Job Description column	Displays the batch job description.
Start Time column	Displays the time the batch is scheduled to begin processing.
On the following days column	Displays the day(s) the batch job is scheduled to run.
Repeat column	Displays the frequency the job is scheduled to run.
Delete column	Allows you to delete a scheduled job by clicking the red x.

Scheduled Jobs Pane

This pane displays the jobs that are currently scheduled and when they are scheduled to run.

Update Batch Job Window

This window allows you to add batch jobs or change their schedule.

The following table defines the components on the Update Batch Job window.

Component	Description
Job ID list	Allows you to select the job to schedule.
Start Time field	Allows you to enter the time the batch job is to start. Use the arrows to select a.m. or p.m.
Repeat list	Allows you to select how often to run the job.
Save button	Saves the batch job schedule.
Cancel button	Closes the window without saving your changes.
